Bible verses for the day Colossians 1:3, 12; 2:7; 3:15-17; 4:2
1:3 3We give thanks to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,
1:1212giving thanks unto the Father, who made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light;
2:77rooted and builded up in him, and established in your faith, even as ye were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.
3:15-17 15And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to the which also ye were called in one body; and be ye thankful. 16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns 17And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
4:22Continue stedfastly in prayer, watching therein with thanksgiving;
These verses give a lot to think about. What I most grateful for today (especially) is peace of mind. While trying to type out this post and doing about 20 other things all at once I have a ton of things go wrong. Freshly mopped floor-spilled coffee. Burnt grilled cheeses. Spilled water all over counter. But, if it wasn't for the peace of mind I do have, I probably would have lost it. Thankfully I didn't.
